to support your event this season. Whether you are experiencing our specialty
services for the first time or the 100th time, you’ll be pleased and
well taken care of. So take a few minutes to read, and familiarize yourself
with the services designed to enhance your tour adventure. Reserve early,
they go quickly. Very Quickly
The Towel Detail “A shower is best when
the Towel is fresh” Tm
At the end of a
challenging day of riding the last thing you want to do is search your luggage for
a soiled damp towel to shower with. So, before you pack five or more bulky
towels, realize it makes sense to use “The Towel Detail” service. This service
gives you what you want at the end of every shower. A nice
clean, dry & sanitized towel. Each day, before you shower, pick up
your towel at the “Towel Detail” station. Return it after your shower, and get
on with the rest of the day.
The
Cost: $22.00 pre-pay for the entire tour $ 25.00 onsite
THE CHAIR DETAIL™ “Rent a Neat Seat this Week”™
This comfort
is too good to pass up. Each chair has been commercially reinforced to handle
the great outdoors. We transport a high back lounge chair equipped with
a footrest and cup holders, to the next host site. Each chair is inspected,
cleaned and sanitized and has a pillowcase to keep it just right and a tag for
easy identification. Each rider will pick up and return their chair at The
Chair Detail station. They’re great for reading, listening to the evening
entertainment, or contemplating the meaning of bicycle life.
The Cost:
$ 22.00 weekly rental fee plus a $ 20.00 refundable deposit.
THE COFFEE DETAIL: “ Coffee From Us Without the Fuss” ™ YES! It is finally possible to get gourmet coffee at the
event. Each and every morning a true coffee drinker wants a great cup of
coffee. Your cup will be ready 30 minutes before breakfast. – with no lines! The Coffee Detail is (for the entire week) a
great gourmet coffee specialty service. You’ll get the jump-start astronauts
never thought possible. Please, remember to take your bike.
Cost:
$25.00 for the entire week pre-pay, $ 30.00 onsite
THE SMOOTHIE DETAIL: The rave of cyclists last year, our
delicious smoothies are back!!!! Just what you need at
the end of your ride. A quick refreshing fruit smoothie to
replenish the body is just what the doctor ordered. A variety of flavors will
be featured during the event. Brain freeze never felt so good
Cost: $5.00 each - 16 ounces

THE BIKE DETAIL: "We Shine to Blind" We clean and polish the Frame, Clusters, Rims, Spokes, Front & Rear Derailleurs and clean and re-lube the
Chain. Just drop off your bike at The Bike Detail Station while you enjoy the
planned festivities. The Detail Technicians are trained to have the bike back
in your hands in no time at all. We’ll get you started clean, and we'll send
you home clean. Ongoing detailing will be available during the event at the
standard price. .

Cost: $25.00 Standard Bicycle. Recumbents,
Tandems, Trikes slightly higher.
